Cancellation Policy

1. No Subscriptions

TurboGPU has no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay only when you use a machine. There is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense — simply stop using the service and billing will stop automatically.

2. Stopping a Machine

You can stop any running machine at any time from your dashboard or via the API. Billing stops immediately when the machine enters the Stopped state. You are only billed for the seconds your machine was in the Running state.

Stopped machines retain their state (installed software, files, configuration) for 24 hours. After 24 hours, stopped machines and their data may be permanently deleted without further notice.

3. Deleting a Machine

You can permanently delete a machine from the dashboard at any time. Deletion is irreversible — all data on the machine will be destroyed immediately. Billing stops at the moment of deletion.

4. Closing Your Account

To close your TurboGPU account, contact us at support@turbogpu.tech with the subject line "Close Account" from your registered email address.

Before closing your account:

• Stop and delete all running machines to avoid further charges.
• Download any data you need to retain.
• Request a refund for any unused credit balance if eligible (see our Refund Policy).

We will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Personal data will be removed within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

5. Termination by TurboGPU

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a security risk. In such cases, refunds are at our sole discretion.
