Common questions
How do credits work?
Credits are denominated in US dollars: 1 credit = $1. The same balance pays for GPU usage (per second) and for specialist services (priced in credits). A 50-credit service costs $50.
When am I charged?
GPU time is charged by the second at your tier's hourly rate. The clock starts when a GPU host is assigned to your machine (so the few minutes it takes to boot are included) and stops when you stop or delete the machine.
Any hidden fees?
None. Each tier is a flat hourly rate with storage and bandwidth included. What you see is what you pay.
Can I switch GPUs?
Yes. Create multiple machines with different GPUs. Each has its own storage.
What happens if I run out of credit?
Once a day, if a machine is running and your balance is below $5, we email you a low-balance warning. If your balance reaches zero while a machine is running, the machine is stopped automatically (we check every five minutes) and we email you. Your data is preserved for 24 hours.

We map every machine to a fixed tier price for predictable billing, sourcing the cheapest matching GPU live from our infrastructure providers.
