How is this paid?

From your existing TurboGPU credit balance. Same wallet you use for GPU rental — no separate billing, no subscriptions.

Who are the specialists?

Vetted operators trained on TurboGPU + the tools they're listed for. They join by invite only and are reviewed before they can claim work. To protect privacy, they appear pseudonymously in your thread (e.g. “TurboGPU Specialist”).

Do I share my machine credentials?

No. Pair sessions happen over screen share (Parsec, Moonlight, or Zoom — your pick). For render-as-a-service or async work, you share files via Drive / Dropbox / S3 link, never machine logins.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

You have seven days after delivery to flag an issue in the thread. We mediate. Refunds are admin-issued and credited back to your balance.

How long does a request take?

Setup work is usually under an hour live. Quoted projects (render, automation) come back with an ETA before any credits are charged.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellations before a specialist starts working refund all credits. After work begins, refunds are pro-rated and admin-mediated.

What if my use case isn't on the list?

Email support@turbogpu.tech with what you need. We'll quote it as a custom request and add the SKU to the catalog if it's a fit.
