Payment Policy

1. Prepaid Credit System

TurboGPU works on prepaid credits: 1 credit = $1 (US dollar). You add credits before you deploy a GPU machine or buy a specialist service. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You enter your card details and billing address in our checkout; they are passed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our payment processor and are not stored by us. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).

3. Top-Up Amounts and Currencies

A single top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000. Any amount in that range adds at least $1 to your balance. Credits do not expire while your account is open.

You pay in the currency you choose: USD, EUR, INR, KZT, AZN, SAR, TRY or JPY. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at market exchange rates that we refresh once every 24 hours (if the rate source is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use); the amount to pay is shown before you confirm, and your balance is credited the US-dollar value you purchased. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion fees if your card is in a different currency.

4. How GPU Time Is Charged

GPU time is charged by the second at your tier's hourly rate. The clock starts when a GPU host is assigned to your machine (so the few minutes it takes to boot are included) and stops when you stop or delete the machine. The per-second rate is your tier's hourly rate divided by 3,600. While a machine runs, the time it has used is deducted from your balance every few minutes, and the rest when you stop it.

5. Low Balance and Automatic Stop

If your balance reaches zero while a machine is running, the machine is stopped automatically (we check every five minutes) and we email you. Machine state (disk, installed software) is preserved for 24 hours after an automatic stop, after which data may be permanently deleted.

Once a day, if a machine is running and your balance is below $5, we email you a low-balance warning.

6. Pricing Changes

GPU prices are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard before you deploy. Prices may change; the rate shown when you deploy a machine is the rate it is charged at, and credits you already hold keep their value.

7. Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase; see our Refund Policy.
