Payment Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Prepaid Credit System

TurboGPU operates on a prepaid credit model. You must add credits to your account before deploying any GPU instance. Credits are deducted per second while a machine is in the Running state. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or minimum commitments.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payments are processed by our secure payment processor and are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

3. Top-Up Amounts

The minimum credit top-up is $1 — add any amount from $1 and up. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Prices are denominated in US dollars (USD). At checkout you may choose to be charged in USD, EUR, INR, KZT, AZN, SAR, TRY, or JPY — the amount is converted from USD at the exchange rate shown before you confirm, and your wallet is always credited the US-dollar value you purchased. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion fees if your card is denominated in a different currency.

4. Billing Precision

Usage is billed per second. The per-second rate is derived from the hourly rate of your selected GPU configuration. Billing begins the moment a machine transitions to the Running state and stops immediately when the machine is stopped or deleted.

5. Automatic Stop on Zero Balance

If your credit balance reaches zero while a machine is running, the machine will be automatically stopped to prevent negative balances. Machine state (disk, installed software) is preserved for 24 hours after an automatic stop, after which data may be permanently deleted.

We recommend enabling low-balance email alerts in your account settings to avoid unexpected interruptions.

6. Pricing Changes

GPU instance pricing is displayed on the pricing page and in the dashboard before deployment. Prices may change with notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased — your existing credit balance retains its face value.
