Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TurboGPU rents on-demand GPU machines: each is a Linux (Ubuntu) container with a dedicated NVIDIA GPU, the CUDA runtime and PyTorch pre-installed, root access over SSH and a browser-based Jupyter studio, reachable from any device. Machines run on our infrastructure providers' GPU hosts. GPU time is charged by the second at your tier's hourly rate. The clock starts when a GPU host is assigned to your machine (so the few minutes it takes to boot are included) and stops when you stop or delete the machine.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We do not accept new sign-ups from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba: registration is refused from an IP address in these countries or an email address on their national domains, and card payments with a billing country among them are refused. Existing accounts keep access to their account and balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is one person's sign-in: there are no seats to manage and no shared team workspace. You may open and use it for yourself or for a studio, company or other organisation. When you use it for an organisation, that organisation is the customer under these terms and is responsible for the account and everything bought through it, and you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, apply to an individual buying for personal use and not to an organisation buying for its business. Everything our policies promise, including the refund of unused credits, applies to every customer alike.

3. Billing and Credits

• TurboGPU uses a prepaid credit system: 1 credit = $1 (US dollar). The same balance pays for GPU time and for specialist services. While a machine runs, the time it has used is deducted from your balance every few minutes, and the rest when you stop it.
• You pay in the currency you choose: USD, EUR, INR, KZT, AZN, SAR, TRY or JPY. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at market exchange rates that we refresh once every 24 hours (if the rate source is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use); the amount to pay is shown before you confirm, and your balance is credited the US-dollar value you purchased.
• A single top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000. Card payments are processed by our payment processor.
• Unused credits are refundable to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase: contact support@turbogpu.tech. Credits already used are not refundable. Details are in our Refund Policy.
• If your balance reaches zero while a machine is running, the machine is stopped automatically (we check every five minutes) and we email you.
• Machine state (disk, installed software) is preserved for 24 hours after stopping. After that, stopped machines and their data may be permanently deleted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TurboGPU for:

• Any illegal activity, including distributing malware, unauthorized access to other systems, or violation of applicable laws.
• Cryptocurrency mining or any form of blockchain proof-of-work computation.
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse.
• Storing or distributing content that exploits minors.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to TurboGPU machines without authorization.
• Any activity that degrades the service for other users or damages infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Unused credits bought within the previous 14 days are still refunded on request (see section 7).

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular uptime. TurboGPU depends on third-party infrastructure (our infrastructure providers) and factors outside our control. If a running machine stops working because of a fault on our platform or its host, contact support@turbogpu.tech with the machine ID and we will review it; see our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboGPU and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, any running machines will be stopped and data will be deleted. Unused credits bought within the previous 14 days are refunded on request, as set out above. If you delete the account yourself, ask for any refund first: deletion removes your balance and its records immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of TurboGPU after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.

10. Specialist services

TurboGPU offers paid human help (“TurboGPU Specialists”) — setup, render, automation, and pair-session services — purchased from your existing credit balance. By requesting a specialist service you agree to the following:

• Pricing. Fixed-price services debit credits at the moment you submit a request. Quoted services debit only after you accept the quote.
• Cancellation. You may cancel a request before a specialist starts working and the credits are returned to your balance in full. After work begins, any refund is pro-rated and decided by our team.
• Delivery confirmation. You have 7 days after a request is marked “delivered” to flag any issue in the request thread. Otherwise it closes automatically.
• Access & credentials. Specialists work via screen share or with files you share via cloud links. We never request, require, or use your machine's SSH or Jupyter credentials.
• Specialist identity. Specialists appear pseudonymously (first name only). They are independent contractors, not employees of TurboGPU.
• Confidentiality. Specialists are bound by the Specialist Agreement to keep your data and project files confidential. Local copies are deleted within 7 days of request closure.
• Fitness for purpose. Specialist services are best-effort professional help; specific outcomes depend on your environment, third-party software, and licences. We do not guarantee a particular result for any service.
• Refunds. Our team mediates disputes; a refund for a specialist service is returned to your credit balance, where it is treated like any other unused credit under the Refund Policy.
