Refund Policy

1. Unused Credits

You may request a refund for unused credit balances within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are only available for credits that have not been consumed by machine usage.

Partial refunds are available if some credits have been used. You will receive a refund for the unused portion only.

2. Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed by GPU usage are non-refundable. Per-second billing means you are only ever charged for time you actively used a machine.

3. Service Credits for Outages

If TurboGPU experiences an outage or service disruption caused by our platform (not by third-party infrastructure outside our control), affected users will receive automatic credit compensation for the duration of the verified outage. Service credits are applied to your account balance and are not redeemable as cash.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits, email us at support@turbogpu.tech with:

• Your registered email address
• The date and amount of the purchase you wish to refund
• Your reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card provider.

5. Refunds Upon Account Termination

If you close your account within 14 days of your most recent credit purchase, any unused credits from that purchase are eligible for refund under section 1. Unused credits from purchases older than 14 days are not refundable upon account closure.

If TurboGPU terminates your account for violation of our Terms of Service, refunds are at our sole discretion.
