  • Account information: name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
  • Billing information: payment method details are collected and processed by our secure payment processor. We store transaction IDs and credit balances but never store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: machine configurations, session durations, resource consumption, and general usage patterns to operate and improve the service.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the TurboGPU service.
  • To process payments and manage your credit balance.
  • To send transactional emails such as verification codes, password resets, low-balance warnings, and billing receipts.
  • To monitor for abuse, fraud, and security threats.
  • To improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as needed to operate the service:

  • Vast.ai: provides the GPU cloud infrastructure that powers TurboGPU virtual machines. Machine configuration and session data is shared to provision and manage your VMs.
  • Payment processor: processes all payments. Your payment details are handled directly by our secure payment processor and subject to their privacy policy.
  • Resend: delivers transactional emails on our behalf. Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Machine state is preserved for 24 hours after a machine is stopped. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., billing records to meet legal and accounting requirements).

5. Your Rights

  • Access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: you can update your account information at any time from your dashboard.
  • Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and its associated data yourself, at any time, from Dashboard → Account — or by contacting support if you would rather we do it for you.
  • Portability: you can download a machine-readable export of your data at any time from Dashboard → Account.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at security@turbogpu.tech.
